What is the battery capacity?
mim X is powered by a 55mAh LiPo battery. With power-saving design, mim X can run with full functions for 7-10 days on a single charge. As a pure watch, mim X can keep time for 40 days before requiring recharge. It only takes 40 minutes to get fully charged.

Is mim X proof against dust and water?
mim X is rated at 5ATM/50m and IP68. This means mim X is reasonably protected against dust and water. You do not have to take it off in a shower and you can keep it on when you go swimming or even snorkeling.

Does mim X monitor my heart rate?
Yes. mim X has a built-in optical heart rate monitor that accurately monitors your heart-beat rate. It offers two modes, for either one-time recording or continuous recording. All monitored data can be sync to connected mobile device and shared to 3rd party apps such as Apple Health.

How does mim X sync with my phone?
mim X syncs with your mobile devices with Bluetooth connection. Once it is paired with a phone or tablet, data will be sync between two devices. This includes the time, health information and content of your text messages.

What is Dual Time Zone?
mim X can keep itself on time by synchronizing with standard time through connected mobile devices. mim X may also update automatically to local time once you arrive in another time zone. As mim X can display time with both its dial and digital display, you can observe time of two time zones at any given time.

mim X cannot perform voice calling as it is not equipped with a speaker or microphone. However, mim X can display full text message from SMS, Whatsapp and most common instant messengers over its display.

What material is mim X made of?
The body of mim X is made of 316L stainless steel. On top of the metal, it is finished with either brushed treatment on the steel edition and PVD coating on the stealth edition. This provides an attractive yet durable finish for both watches. The crystal of mim X is crafted from mineral crystal. It is resistance to scratch and impact, and is found on high-end designer watches.

Can I use mim X in the dark? Is there a light on it?
mim X has incorporated a LED light for illumination purpose on its dial. It is activated by a button on the left bezel. Combining with the excellent displaying ability of TLD under sunlight with the built-in light, mim X can be used all night and day.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
